Roller bottom solid solution quenching multi-purpose furnace is suitable for solid solution, quenching and other heat treatment processes of stainless steel bars of various sizes between φ15-200mm. It consists of automatic toggle machine, loading and unloading conveying line, quenching furnace, water-cooling chamber and air-cooling chamber. The automatic feeder can control the feeding quantity by presetting the product specification; depending on different demands, it can be driven by the whole line of single geared motor or by single rollers independently. The drive system is frequency-controlled and direction-controllable, and is equipped with material tracking system. The heating method of the quenching furnace is open-flame combustion, and the combustion system adopts low-nitrogen burners with pulse combustion control, which ensures the temperature uniformity, saves fuel and is environmentally friendly and reliable at the same time. According to different process, we can choose water-cooled or air-cooled treatment, air volume and water volume can be controlled to ensure the straightness of the bar.
