The pivoting mechanism is specially designed for bars (such as round steel, rebar, steel pipe, etc.) in continuous heat treatment process. The core function is to realize automatic material dividing and accurate counting of bars, and to transfer bars to the roller conveyor system in an orderly manner through transverse pushing to ensure the heat treatment process is continuous and efficient. It is suitable for high-temperature environments and can be seamlessly integrated with quenching and tempering furnaces.

1. Bar Directional Dividing

• Solves bar stacking and crossing problems by ensuring that individual bars are separated and aligned at a fixed spacing.

• Adapt to different diameters (e.g. Φ20-200mm) and lengths of bars.

2. Automatic counting and data feedback

• Bar counting with photoelectric sensors or vision systems, synchronized to the production management system.

• Supports setting the number of batches, triggering a shutdown or batch change signal.

3. Transverse transfer to roller conveyor

• Push the sorted bars transversely to the roller conveyor, matching the speed of the heat treatment roller conveyor and avoiding collisions.
