Composition and function of core equipment:
Bundling/Unbundling Station: Responsible for pre-processing and post-processing of raw materials, including automatic un-bundling and sorting of incoming coils or bars, as well as re-bundling and packaging of finished products after heat treatment. It can be equipped with visual recognition system and robotic arm to accurately recognize material specifications.
Mobile Roller Conveyor: As a material transfer hub, it dynamically connects various process sections to realize accurate positioning and fast transfer of materials in the production line. It adopts frequency conversion drive, can be equipped with laser positioning and anti-deviation correction system, supports bidirectional conveying and multi-path scheduling, and adapts to high-frequency starting and stopping and heavy-duty working conditions.
Batch-Type Furnace Cluster: It consists of several intelligent heat treatment furnaces (e.g. annealing furnace, normalizing furnace, tempering furnace, etc.), which can complete the heating, holding and cooling process of the materials in batches according to the process requirements. Modular furnace design, support independent temperature control and process parameters customization, to meet the needs of multi-species small batch production. Integrated waste heat recovery system, reducing energy consumption by 20%-30%. Equipped with real-time monitoring and closed-loop control of furnace atmosphere to ensure the consistency of heat treatment quality.
Stacking/Unstacking System (Stacking/Unstacking System) fully automates the stacking, unstacking and caching of materials between the storage area and the production line. Customized robotic arms and carriers adapt to the gripping of materials of different materials and shapes.
3D Hybrid Material Handling Vehicle (3D Hybrid Material Handling Vehicle) serves as a material carrier, responsible for multi-dimensional material handling, loading and unloading material docking in the furnace. The integrated navigation and lifting and rotating mechanism realizes X/Y/Z three-axis movement. Load can be customized, positioning accuracy ±2mm, real-time response to production instructions.
Intelligent control system: optimize equipment scheduling and process parameters, realize equipment status monitoring, fault warning and dynamic production scheduling, ensure seamless coordination of all links. Energy management module: real-time analysis of energy consumption data, optimization of heating curves and equipment start/stop strategy to achieve green production goals.
